Is Zimzz free for members to join?
Yes! Joining Zimzz to plan your event is completely free! In order to chat with vendors, simply create an account. You can do this by clicking on "Log In" at the top right corner.
How do I chat with vendors?
Sign up to become a member (or log in if you've already signed up). Once you begin searching for vendors, you can follow as many as you like! All the vendors you follow will appear on your account page. Message your favorite vendors directly in 'Members Chat' (chat box on the bottom right side of the screen).
Can I book vendors on Zimzz?
As of now, Zimzz offers a platform to search and communicate directly with vendors. Booking vendors is not done through Zimzz.
Is it free for vendors to join Zimzz?
Vendors can list services for free! Starting April 1st, 2021, there will be a monthly subscription fee.
